Environmental Protection Measures for the Environmentally Friendly Cellulose Sponge New Material Production Project (Phase I 50,000 (20,000 cubic meters) / Annual Cellulose Sponge Block Production Line)

I. Dust:
(1) During construction, a strict water spraying and dust removal system (timed, fixed-point, fixed-location) should be established, and dedicated personnel should be assigned to clean the site and construction roads.
(2) Sand, cement, gravel, and other materials that easily generate dust should be covered with waterproof tarpaulins to control the speed of construction vehicles and prevent materials from falling and generating dust.
(3) Cement and other loose, fine-particle materials should be placed in temporary warehouses or tightly covered to prevent leakage and flying during transportation. Water should be unloaded in the warehouse as much as possible, and water should be sprayed and wetted. Gravel materials at the construction site should be evenly piled, and cement should be stored in a dedicated warehouse to reduce processing steps.
(4) During the handling of fiber materials, anti-flying measures should be taken, and residues and waste should be collected promptly.
(5) Effective dust prevention measures should be taken when cutting insulation materials, wall tiles, and floor tiles, and the site should be cleaned promptly. (6) Spray water on the working face and soil piles during excavation to maintain a certain level of humidity and reduce dust. Excavated soil and construction waste should be transported promptly to prevent surface drying and dusting or being washed away by rainwater.
(7) Fences or partial fences should be set up at the construction site to control the spread of dust.
(8) Construction should be stopped when the wind speed is too high. Covering measures should also be taken for accumulated sand, silt, and other building materials.
(9) Road hardening.

Solid Waste:
(1) Collect solid waste separately, store domestic waste and construction waste centrally, and dispose of them regularly;
(2) Domestic waste should be disposed of in the office area and entrusted to the environmental sanitation department for regular cleaning.
(3) Take measures to conserve resources, avoid wasting building materials, use recyclable materials as much as possible, and reduce construction waste.

Noise:

(1) Strictly abide by the relevant regulations on construction noise management and prohibit high-noise construction at night;
(2) Use low-noise construction tools and methods.
(3) Set up refuge areas around high-noise equipment. Wastewater: (1) Relying on the toilets already built in the factory, the domestic sewage from production is sent to the domestic sewage treatment facility for treatment; (2) Temporary sewage treatment facilities such as sedimentation tanks and oil separators should be built for construction wastewater.
